Gulu

Gulu is the largest city in Northern Uganda. It is an exciting 5 hours drive from Kampala. Gulu is beautiful and home to the friendly Acholi people. It has a tropical climate, which means it has both a wet season and a dry season.

While in Gulu, you can visit the Atiak forest reserve to see the rare black and white Colobus monkey. You can also visit the bubbly Amoro hot springs, climb the mineral rich Moro hills and visit the roaring Karuma falls.
