Our Work
Our teacher training programs prepare teachers to be transformative stakeholders in learners' lives. All of our teacher training is focused on effective instruction to help children learn to read and write, with a particular focus on early grade reading.
All of our training is focused on targeted literacy skill development. Without a mastery of core concepts and practical strategies teachers can use, any other training is a non-starter.

We believe the best training occurs alongside teachers in the classrooms they teach. We spend more 2/3 of our training time coaching instead of talking in workshops.
We leverage data with the teachers we train as well as train teachers to use data in their classrooms. We train teachers on using formative assessments in their classrooms to target student skill development.
